Halloween Outreach
An awesome one-day opportunity for you and your church!
Date: Wednesday, Oct. 31st, 2007
Times: 3pm to 8pm
Location: Forest Hills, Queens
Description: While no Christian in his right mind would or should celebrate the day of the dead, EVERY Christian should capitalize on thousands of families coming to their door looking for treats! Help us help the 72,000 people of Forest Hills find the sweetest gift there is: Jesus.
This Halloween, we will be giving away thousands of pounds of candy, Bibles and children’s Bible. It is our desire to let every family know that we, Christians, don’t celebrate the dead, but the RISEN. We need your help to accomplish this God-ordained task.
How to Help
Donate: You or your church can make a tax-deductible gift towards the following items:
Bibles: ( $50/case of 24): amount needed: 250
Children’s New Testaments: ( $50/case of 50): amount needed: 250
Book of Hope: ( $1 each): amount needed:300
Candy: (Individually wrapped, of course): amount needed: LOTS

Cost: Your transportation and meals (average is $50/person)
* Housing is available at $30 per person per night at the New York School of Urban Ministry (nysum.org)
